Rajwinder Singh ‘Joga’ (02-04-1981) a Sikh researcher and writer was born to Gurmel Kaur and Piara Singh at Village Joga, Distt. Mansa (Punjab).
He did M.A. (Punjabi and Religious Studies) and got Ph.D. on his research work “Guru Gobind Singh’s Contemporary Sikhs and the Sikh Religion” from Punjabi University, Patiala in 2019. He served at Sant Attar Singh Gurmat College, Sangrur from 2007 till 2012 as an Assistant Professor and later served as a research Scholar in GNDU, Amritsar from 2012 till 2016. He is now working at Sikh History Research Board in SGPC, Amritsar. Besides 3 published books on Sikh history to his credit, he has presented more than 20 research papers and has visited abroad to deliver lectures on Sikh way of life.
