Harnek Singh Randev is the former Indian Forest Service professional who served respective state and federal governments in India and Nigeria (W.A.) during 1962-91. With post graduate specialization in Agriculture and Forestry Sciences from renowned national institutes and rural background, he humbly contributed in furthering the noble cause of service to society. Also he was accredited as Forestry Consultant with International Organizations. The immense desire to gain knowledge associated with socio-economic development process took him to seventeen countries worldwide, while the visits greatly enriched his overall perception thus strengthening his commitment to the welfare of mankind.
